I never received my purchase! I contacted the seller and to this date nothing has been resolved. In a previous e-mail conversation, he stated that he had a no refund policy which was not stated before the purchase. I am out of money and feel violated because the transation was not legit.

The textbook was sent promptly. it arrived to my door speedily. The only qualm I have with it is it does not seem exactly like the textbook I needed. It appears to be a book constructed of copies of the pages from the actual text, plus added pages. I found this out when trying to open to the pages my instructor commanded, in which I would end up on a different page. I think this book was compiled by a Comm 101 professor since Comm 101 is labeled on the cover. This was a minor inconvenience, which turned out helpful since the book contained more info than the “original”. Great service – would purchase from the company again.
