Hi all! I’ll start belly fat Cure, which has a system of more than 15 grams of sugar per day. It is also more than six servings of carbohydrate per day, and a serving is 50-20 grams of carbohydrates. Im wondering if anyone has tried this program and what their results were. I also need meal ideas, all I have in my pantry and refrigerator are carbohydrates! One more question, mentions Jorge Cruise does not drink pop and replace a brand that uses the ‘Stevia’ as a sweetener instead of sugar. But, he mentions no ordinary “diet” soft drinks with no carbs or sugar. Any ideas if this is okay to drink? Thanks for your help!
I’m doing a book report and I can not finish a book by tonight and write up all the requirements. Please lengthy and detailed as possible! Thanks:)
